Yes! We are proclaiming that we have the found best fish and chips in KL. Operated by 2 siblings Fusion Canteen in SS2, offers the England tradition in its truest form. Its been 9 years since i have left London, and no where in Klang Valley has fish and chips been near as good as i remembered until i found them.
Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, no one has ever done Dory fish better than them. At only RM11.90 not only are they the cheapest in town but they also proclaimed that their ingredients are the freshest. Match with thick fries and house-made slaw (which was cold and tangy) they gave the fried fishes an extra dimension of freshness and creaminess.

- Teriyaki Chicken Chop
- Black Pepper Chicken Chop
The one which stands out the most was their teriyaki chicken. They certainly do not skim on their quality (just look at the portioning), the teriyaki sauce had just the right balance of salt and sweet and once again their house-slaw stood out as a good side for a balance meal.
Their dressings are all house made (so no additives!) and their tortilla was so nicely toasted it was crispy on the outside coupled with the cold yet crispy (made light with the vegetable )Teriyaki Chicken on the inside.
Now if you are a student on a budget like me, who cannot afford to constantly eat good food, Fusion Canteen is DEFINITELY a place that takes care of my wallet. I personally ordered their Aglio Olio Pasta which was only RM7.50 and it was god like for its price!
Despite being so lowly priced, Fusion Canteen did not skim on its portion, and flavorings. The first thing we noticed when it was served was the distinct quality of powdered cheese, when inquired, they proudly told us that they use one of the best powder cheese in the market and also chilli oil which gives the spaghetti extra flavor.
